Operational Restructure

Following the launch of our new Care Groups, we have now appointed the Tier 3 leadership roles within the teams.

We are excited to move to this structure starting from 21 July. This gives Care Groups and teams time to prepare and begin discussions about handover processes as well as welcoming Tier 3 leadership teams.

Discussions have now begun around the structure beneath the Clinical Business Unit, which will take us into the next phase of the re-organisation. This is an important step, and I am looking forward to your valuable input as we navigate through these changes.

The latest version of the structure is here, complete with names, for your reference. We are ready to get back to the conversation about the services in each business unit to ensure we have everything right.
