Our Values: We all have a voice that counts

In the feedback we have received on our new draft strategy we had some great comments about our Trust values, with colleagues making suggestions how they can be improved. Suggestions included adapting our values to include kindness or making our safe value more ambitious.

Over the next few months we are asking for your views and will be sharing what we have heard and how we will be using these to shape our future. We want to continue to ensure that our values are at the heart of everything we do here at UHNM so we would like to know what you think by filling out the survey below:

Should we replace compassion with kindness?

As well as our overall Trust Strategy we want to further develop those areas which will help us to achieve our vision of delivering exceptional care with exceptional people. These are known as enabling strategies.
