Specialising in skin cancer surgery, general and reconstructive plastic surgery, Mr Wayne Jaffe has a mixed clinical and managerial role since appointment in 2002. He is currently Clinical Lead for Plastic Surgery and is involved in medical student education. He has been Chairman of the Specialist Training Committee for Plastic Surgery, West Midlands, HEE, since 2010.
