​​Dr Sarah Goddard areas of expertise are immunodeficiency, allergy and immunology laboratory services. Dr Goddard completed her undergraduate training in 1994 in Southampton. Since then she has worked in Stoke-on-Trent, Cambridge and Birmingham. It was during her PhD with the liver unit in Birmingham that she discovered her interest in immunology. She has been a consultant with University Hospitals of North Midlands since 2010 and during this time the allergy and laboratory service has been accredited and has achieved recognition as a specialist centre for allergy and immunodeficiency. ​
