Surgery waiting times reduced thanks to ‘incredible’ County Theatre staff

We're continuing to meet more of our incredible staff at County hospital as part of our 40th anniversary celebrations. 

No staff profile would be complete without mentioning the hard work and dedication of the Theatre team. 

Terry Challinor, Theatre Manager said: “It’s a massive, huge, great big family and we really care about the people who work in the department. On this site from where we started, what we’ve been through and where we’re at today and progressing forwards, we’re really proud of the team we’ve got."

"You hear about NHS waiting lists every day in the news and our team are working incredibly hard, chipping away at them and its great news for our local population. This is only made possible thanks to the hard work of our colleagues who are incredibly dedicated, working at weekends to chip away at waiting lists and go above and beyond for patients.”
