Dr Hari Mandava

I am an Emergency Medicine Consutant and Truma Team Leader at Royal Stoke. I am very calm and laid back person, which carries a no stress attitude.

As a senior emergency care clinician if you are calm and approachable you can keep the entire team calm and motivate them to do their best for patients in emergency care.

I went into this role to be able to perform huge range of life saving treatment, procedures and to work at front end of the hospital. The experience has given me a lot of memorable and outstanding experiences, the main one is just to be working in one of the busiest NHS trusts with the best teams providing excellent patient care and outcomes.
