Palliative Care Early Referral Campaign

Following publication of our UHNM 2019/2020 Palliative Care Team Annual Report, findings were discussed with our Directorate Managers and Michelle Rhodes. Key challenges were identified around referral criteria and myths about palliative care. This five day early referral campaign aims to increase awareness of palliative care and hopes to increase more timely referrals to our service.
