Invitation to take part in a project to improve the Breast Cancer Helpline

UHNM and Bridges are leading a project to improve the Breast Cancer Helpline at University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust. 

What are we looking for?

- People who have been diagnosed with breast cancer in the last 5 years (and their families/friends)
- It doesn’t matter if you have or haven’t used the helpline – we want a range of views

What is involved if I take part?

We will invite you to a recorded meeting through Zoom, your feedback and this footage will be put together to create a film that will be shared with a select group of patients and staff.

This feedback film will help us to come up with ways to improve the helpline. The amount of involvement is completely up to you, some people prefer to get involved in just the interviews, others get involved in the whole process.

Please do not assume that your views are not important. We need to hear from you to better understand how to plan and improve cancer services in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent to make sure that they offer the best possible support to patients in similar situations to yours.
