If you would like to make a complaint about how your information is being used you can discuss your concerns with our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) (Email: patientadvice.uhnm@nhs.net) or you can contact our complaints department (Email complaints.department@nhs.net)

The PALS offices are located at;

At Royal Stoke the PALS office is situated inside the main building entrance,  which is open 9:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

At County Hospital the PALS office is situated inside the main entrance which is open 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
