Dr Andrew Holton qualified in Leeds in 1982. Before this, he had completed a Physiology PhD, on mammalian cardiac receptors. After qualifying in medicine, he went on to specialise in paediatrics, before re-training in clinical neurophysiology in 2003. His areas of expertise include EEG and EMG. His is interested in all aspects of clinical neurophysiology.
